Evan's Family Farm and Pumpkin Carving

Carving pumpkins at Grandma and Grandpa's house

The finished product, also it's Kenzlee's first Halloween!

We all went to a place called Evan's Family Farm in Saratoga Springs. It had some fun stuff.
Here is Mikelle jumping into the corn pit.

Jonah in the maze.

Jonah and Ty

This dog kept bringing a big piece of bark up to us and wanted us to throw it so he could play fetch.  The kids absolutely loved it.

This is tradition now.  All the Stewart grandkids in their Halloween sock.

Kenzlee 9 months!

So I'm a little behind.  Kenzlee turned 9 months on October 9th.  Here are her stats:
Weight: 20 lbs. (75th percentile)
Height:  27 inches (40th percentile)
Head Circumference: 17.5 inches (70th percentile)

She is just moving all over the place.  She was already pulling herself up but now she is trying to stand by herself (without holding onto anything) and she likes to walk with her little walker, although she has a while to go before she can get a good steady walk.  She has started to eat "real people food" and loves spaghetti and grapes.  I think it's also made her not want baby food at all now; however she will still eat the mango, sweet potato, and squash baby foods.  She doesn't really say words, but she talks a lot and can definitely make her will known at times.  She has five teeth in and a six one coming soon.

We have gotten her on an amazing daytime schedule that I love.  The naps are great and during good times.  I'm just trying to get her to sleep well through the night, and there no way around it...I just have to let her cry it out.  I hate it, but there has been some improvement.  We also moved Tyrel downstairs with the other kids and moved Kenzlee into the other bedroom upstairs so she has her own room which has helped a lot!

She is starting to play by herself a lot now.  If she is fed and changed and not tired, she will usually crawl around looking for something fun and interesting.  We've lost her momentarily a few times, because she can just crawl around wherever.  We also NEED to keep the bathroom doors closed again because she loves to play in the toilet.  She loves going in the kitchen and pulling everything out of all the drawers too.

This one is a little old, but so cute!
Mom and Dad love her to bits!

The start of fall

I absolutely love fall!  I have loved the kids getting back into school and getting onto a schedule. I love the weather getting a little cooler (but not too cold)!  It has definitely kept us busy though.

Kenzlee is getting in her two front teeth! (September 23rd)

Remember the Cougar Crawl? Well the principal told the kids if they reached the goal with money brought in, he would get slimed.  We all came to see it!  Here are my three little ones, Mikelle was with her class since it was during her school hours.

Check out this little cutie!

Totally slimed!

Tyrel loves snuggles on the couch!

The kids have loved to play memory (or memories, as they call it).

I've been trying to wake up early (like 6 a.m.!) to go jogging in the morning.  It's really hard, and cold but kind of peaceful and nice in a way too.  Here's what it looks like when I'm finishing up.

The view when leaving parent teacher conference.

Not the best picture, but Tyrel had a close encounter with his bed frame.  If we had taken him in that night (like Matt suggested) he would have had to get stitches.  We ended up going to the doctor  the next day and it was too late for stitches so he had to have it glued shut.

Little Kenzlee had croup.  No fun!

I made some pumpkin bars to hand out to some neighbors.  I went outside to play with Mikelle and Ty. Jonah was inside watching a movie.  When I came back inside, I found this...and a very guilty Jonah. :)

I thought this looked neat.  The sun beams shining through the window.

This was the only nap this little one got in yesterday, and it lasted about 10 minutes.

One of her favorite things to do is to pull out all the bags and throw them all over the floor.
