Newborn Kenzlee
Weight: 21 lbs. (50th percentile)
Height: 29.6 inches (70th percentile)
Head circumference" 18.2 inches (80 percentile)
(She's certainly gone down in weight percentile since she's started walking, she used to be in the 97th percentile) :)
Holy cow, her first year went by fast. I really am trying to soak in all her baby-ness that is quickly being grown out of. She is such a sweet little girl, but she does love to tease too. She think it's so funny to grab my phone and run away with it. She's already had a few time outs for pulling out some of the files from the filing cabinet, now she knows not too! She will tease you and get your attention, then she will open the filing cabinet door and just say "aaaa, aaaa" and slowly put her hand toward the files.
She is still my best eater. She does love candy and treats of course, Grandma has gotten her to recognize those for the most part, and she knows the Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcake shop (that one is my fault) and we can't leave there without getting her a cakebite. She still eats fruits and veggies pretty well though. I've just given up with the other kids, I'll have one very healthy eater with Kenzlee. Also, I am DONE nursing! I nursed with Kenzlee for a whole year and it was not fun at all to quit, not because I wanted to keep going but because she didn't want to stop and it was just easy. She seemed a little bit emotionally wounded for about a week, but everything is good now.
She is sleeping amazingly! She falls asleep between 8:30-9 p.m. and will usually sleep in her crib until about 5:30/6 a.m. Then I give her a bottle and put her back in her crib and she'll sleep again until 7 or so. It's hard being the youngest though because we are having a really hard time with naptime. With all the other kids' schedules, we are on the go a lot and she kind of just sleeps when we are in the car or whenever she can.
She is trying to get running down. She tries to run when she gets my phone or something one of the other kids wants. It will be fun to see what just another month will bring with that since she progressed so fast with walking from month to month. She still loves her babies, and has recently loves playing with the play kitchen and plastic food.
She has 10 teeth now (I think).

Kenzlee's birthday cake on her actual birthday (we had a little party a couple days later). (It's a cakebite from the Sweet Tooth Fairy)
She is showing Matt what she got.
