Today my brother Michael entered into the MTC. Here are some pictures of him going in. If you want to write him, let me know and I will give you his address.
I made homemade jam (and bread) the other day; and it was delicious. The kids had fun helping me make it, and sample it:
Mikelle is entering into a coloring contest for the Castle Rock Rec Center. The theme is how you enjoy the city's parks and/or trails so she drew a picture of her playing at the park. I thought she did an awesome job. It is of her going down the slide, and the swings are next to her. She drew the sun and grass and a tree. I guess I'm a little biased, but I think she did pretty good. (Her picture is on a 12x12 scrapbook paper, so I couldn't scan it, but I took a picture of it and it didn't turn out the greatest, but here it is.)
And here is Jonah's drawing. Every color is a different slide, he said.

i made some strawberry jam in those little plastic purple jars at the end of march. I had bought 4lb of strawberries at costco for $5, and it made like 11? jars! I gave 2 jars to my neighbor. I just used the packets of pectin you just stir in and add sugar! so easy and I still have like 5 or 6 in my freezer! I love your mommy guide blog. You do such a great job with it. One day we should both go to littleton with the kids and go to jumpstreet or something fun like that!

Awwww.....so so so cute!!! I loved the videos!! All of your kids are so cute! MIchael will be an awesome missionary!! I love home made jam and bread and glad the kids enjoyed it too! Thats got to be hard with all of them so your talented! haha
