Never a dull moment...

...although I wish there were.  Mikelle has been so good the last few days with potty training, and then today, she pooped in her pull up, and I guess she didn't want to tell me, because she went into her closet and pulled it off, getting poop all down her legs and feet.  Then she wiped poop all over the other diapers (fortunately they were the ones we got from Costco that were still in plastic); and then on the carpet.  I am sure I will see poop in other places as the day goes on.  I am SOOOO grateful that I caught her pretty early because Jonah was not playing in poop yet, and she was still in the closet.  *a funny thing about it though: I put her in the bathroom and told her to stand in the tub while I got all the poop cleaned so Jonah didn't get into it.  I said "Go stand in the bathroom and don't move or touch anything, we have to sterilize you." She got really scared and said "Mommy, I don't want you to hurt me."

In other news, we had Mikelle's 3 year old check up and Jonah's 18 month check up today and they are doing well.  The doctor was very happy that Jonah has gained some weight and moved up to the.....(drum roll)..... 10TH PERCENTILE!!!! (woot!woot!) Although I don't know how because he still only eats crackers or whatever he finds on the floor.  And it is still funny to me that Mikelle and Jonah are 17 months apart, with 2 lbs. difference.

your kids are definitely some of the cutest! I love their little personalities. I liked reading about the potty training. Mikelle must not have wanted to disappoint mommy when she pooped in her pull up. Classic example of childhood innocence, just thinking she could manage to take care of the "situation" herself. :) So sweet, and I love how you told her to stand still in the tub so you could sterilize her and she got worried about what that meant. :) Sorry you had to clean up poop today. Mikelle will read this one day and be thankful (and grossed out :)).

That could have been a major diaster. Kids always keep us entertained. Yay for Jonah moving up I know what that 10 % is like we seem to be stuck there never moving up!

eeewww... not fun. So Jonah eats off the floor, maybe you should start leaving lots more food down there for him then ;)
