Trick or Treat

They had too much fun scaring the trick or treaters.  They had tied a string around a tree branch and had the string coming up through the window; when trick or treaters started walking up they would wiggle the branch with the string and the trick or treaters would look and see no one there.  Then Matt would jump out and yell really loud and it really scared a couple of kids.  shame shame. :)

Mikelle's Violin Recital

Mikelle has been playing violin for several months now and today she had her first recital.  She did such a great job and it was so fun for her to see other children playing the violin too.  She really enjoyed a girl's performance who was pretty advanced and Mikelle went up to her after and said "I really liked your song."  We went out to celebrate after and Mikelle picked Taco Bell.  It's kind of funny because she said she either wants to go to Tucanos or Taco Bell for her birthday....complete opposites; and they are her two favorites.

Church Halloween Party

Our ward had it's annual 'Harvest Moon Festival', and it was so much fun.  There were hot dogs, popcorn, homemade doughnuts and apples with caramel, hot chocolate.  There were tons of games and wagon rides and marshmallow roasting.  The kids had a blast and ate nothing but sugar.  

Kenzlee is my little strawberry.  It's her first Halloween.
