Jonah's Birthday Party

We had Jonah's party a couple weeks early because this month is really busy and we will be camping on Jonah's actual birthday. He had a sports party.
We had different sports games stations that the kids went around playing, (badminton, baseball, soccer, basketball, football, golf).

After Jonah opened all the presents from friends, I pulled out his bike and scooter that I had wrapped the night before, it is actually really hard to wrap those things.
Waiting on a chair for me to bring out his 'surprise'

He loves it!

Jonah's New Stats

Jonah had an appointment with the endocrinologist today, and he was once again very happy with Jonah's growth. It is really a blessing because I can't imagine how I would feel if Jonah wasn't doing anything, it would be so frustrating, but things are going great! Here are his stats:

HEIGHT:
NOW: 38.6 inches (18th percentile)
(up from 37.5 inches (10th percentile) in April)

WEIGHT:
NOW: 34 lbs. (36th percentile)
(up from 31.5 lbs. (20.9 percentile) in April)

They also weighed Mikelle, and she is also 34 lbs., I don't think it will take long before Jonah is in the lead...which is surprising, because I thought Tyrel would do it first. Anyway, they all pretty much weigh the same, and Jonah may even be taller than Mikelle soon. Today someone asked if they were twins.

4th of July

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July.
We did, even Tyrel, despite the picture.

This was the best shot I could get, him 'helping' me put the camera lens cover back on.
He loved helping clean the windows too.
Mikelle and Jonah in a Tesla Roadster at the Park Meadows mall. We went and walked around the mall on the fourth and had lunch.
Mikelle LOVED grilled corn on the cob.
After our traditional 4th of July BBQ, we headed over to some hills to do some ice blocking. The kids have never been before, so it was really fun for them.

Waiting patiently for the ice cream to finish. We had to look at three different stores to find this, apparently you should get one before the 4th.
sparklers

Our friends had great timing and came out to do their fireworks just before we were about to leave to go and watch the fireworks, so we got to see some in the parking lot. It was cool because we had only bought the sparklers this year.
Watching the fireworks with Erica and Donna.

We drove around Castle Rock watching all the fireworks. We just happened to drive by the field right were they were letting them off and we got the best firework view I have ever seen. We were so close you could fell vibrations in the car. We obviously couldn't stop there to watch because it was the middle of the road, but we got an awesome view for a minute.

On the way home from the fireworks. The kids were SO worn out.
Last Saturday we had a BBQ with the Ulrichs, and Heidi and Keith, and we got to go 'swimming' in the hot tub. It was pretty fun. Here is a video and some pictures.
